Our chalet, at the bottom of the Grossglockner, offers great comfort in alpine ambience for up to 6 people.

Our „Samerhaeusl“ was decorated in a traditional, but modern cottage style. Wood and natural stones offer from the first moment the feeling of coziness.

Our unit has 2 bedrooms with flat screen TV’s, a well-appointed bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a seating area for family time.

Warm summer evenings you enjoy at our great terrace overlooking the beautiful mountains. We, your hosts, are right next door and are pleased to give you recommendations.

Summer	from € 148,00 per night for 2 persons
Winter*	from € 168,00 per night for 2 persons
Mid-season	from € 128,00 per night for 2 persons

*Christmas/New Year’s Eve and in February other prices apply! On request, depending on occupancy – we reserve the right to aim for a minimum occupancy of 4 people at these times.

Final cleaning: € 50,00
plus Local tax €1,50 per person as of 15years per night

Dog on request € 20,00 per dog / stay

Additional 3 bed room in the souterrain possible on request (from € 58,00/night)
